REFUND CONDITIONS.

1. Refund conditions for good quality Product:

1.1. RF Government Resolution from 27.09.2007 № 612 "On approval of the Rules of Product sale by remote method" p.21.: The customer has right to refuse to ordered Product at any time before it is received, and within 14 (fourteen) days upon Product receipt.

The refund for good quality Product is possible if its marketable condition, consumer characteristics and its document confirming the fact and conditions of Product purchase are safe. According to paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 there’s no possibility of refund for used Product.

1.2. In case of Customer’s refuse for ordered Product Customer can optionally:
- to transfer the refundable Product by courier service at his own expense;
- to transfer the refundable Product to postal companies (eg, FSUE Russian Post) at his own expense.

1.3. Refund term, except for Seller's costs for delivering Product to the Customer, shall be determined in accordance with the process of refund and is not more than 10 days from the date of receipt of the refundable Product to the warehouse of the Seller by the Customer with the completed application for a refund. Refund terms to the rated account of the recipient depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank. If the refundable Product was prepaid, return is carried out on the card or requisites from which it was prepaid

1.4. The Customer have no right to return the good quality Product, specified in the list of non-food products of good quality that can’t be returned or exchanged, approved by RF Government Decree of 19.01.1998 number 55.2.

2. Refund conditions for improper quality Product:

2.1. Improper quality Product is Product that has defects and can’t meet its functional qualities. The received product must conform to its description on the website. The difference between the elements of design or decoration from those stated in the description on the website is not a Product malfunction or dysfunction. Appearance and completeness of the Product, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the Customer/Recipient at the time of the Product transfer. Upon the Product delivery, the Customer/Recipient puts his signature, confirming his agreement with the appearance and completeness of the order. After receiving the order claims to external Product defects, its quantity, completeness and its marketable condition can’t be accepted.

2.2. If the Customer/Recipient was handed the improper quality Product, and it has not been agreed in advance by the Seller, the Customer is entitled to benefit from the provisions of Art. 18 of the Law «On Protection of the Customer’s Rights». In connection with the Product sale by remote method, Product replacement can only be made by returning the improper quality Product and designing a new order for similar Product, if the Seller has such kind of Product. The Customer has the right to refuse to perform the sale-contract, to return improper quality Product and to demand the return of money paid for the Product. Any of the following requirements must be submitted by the Customer in writing by filling in the application. Requirements for amount refund must be satisfied within 10 days from the date of request (Art. 22 of the Federal Law «On Protection of the Customer’s Rights»).

3. For consideration of an application for refund you need:

3.2. Print and fill out the Application for a refund, indicating the reasons for it.

3.3. Attach a cashier's check or an act of the Product acceptance.

3.4. In case of the Customer's refund the Customer can optionally:
- to transfer the refundable Product by courier service at his own expense;
- to transfer the refundable Product to postal companies (eg, FSUE Russian Post) at his own expense. (After sending the refund, you must send an e-mail to info@gulliver-wear.ru PO ID, indicating the order number and the subject of the message by "Return" or to report mail id to the store manager on the phone +8-800-555-46-65);
- to transfer the refundable Product on his own to the point of issuing an order to the address: 107023, Moscow, Medovy lane, 5, p. 1.

3.5. Refund term, except for Seller's costs for delivering the Product to the Customer, shall be determined in accordance with the process of refund and is not more than 10 days from the date of receipt of the refundable Product to the Seller’s warehouse by the Customer with the completed application for a refund. Money enrollment term to the Customer’s account depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank. If the refundable Product was prepaid, refund is carried out on the card or requisites from which it was prepaid.
